Your coach won’t be making any decisions for your business. Instead, we help you understand what you can do for your business. As your business coach, David provides you with the tools, resources, and guidance to help you make better decisions more quickly and determine the best next steps.

You should not expect your business coach to do all the work. You have to be ready to invest your time and effort in the coaching process. If you don’t have the time or can’t make coaching a priority, you may not be ready to do this just yet.

Your first meeting with David is about 20 minutes to get acquainted and delve into initial questions. We discuss the reasons why you are interested in coaching and what you are generally seeking to accomplish. Then, if appropriate, we arrange a second, lengthier meeting to get into more details, and discuss a road map for the coaching process. Only then, if you agree, do the formal coaching sessions begin.
